Also included in the acquisition are the city magazines Charlotte magazine, Orlando magazine and Dallas Home Design. Morris also acquired the annual publication Discover Utah, as well as four annual visitor publications based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Charlotte is the largest city magazine for one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas. The monthly magazine provides comprehensive and authoritative dining and events coverage.
Orlando magazine has been that area's premier city publication for more than 50 years. The monthly magazine provides readers with lifestyle news and information that enhances the central Florida living experience. Orlando magazine has been recognized by the Florida Magazine Association as one of the best-produced consumer publications in the state.
The monthly Dallas Home Design supports the local Texas design industry and highlights the diversity of luxury homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Discover Utah is an annual hardcover, in-room guide to winter sports, dining, shopping, cultural activities and other items of interest to visitors to the state.
What to Do: St. Thomas/St. John is a digest-sized visitor guide to the St. Thomas/St. John area in the Virgin Islands, while Vacation St. Thomas/St. John and Vacation St. Croix are hardcover, in-hotel-room visitor guides for the popular vacation islands. An annual vacation planner publication is also part of the Virgin Island group.
In a separate transaction, Morris also acquired three North Carolina Guest Guide publications from Lone Wolf Publishing Inc.: the Charlotte Guest Guide, the Triad Guest Guide (serving Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and Burlington) and the Triangle Guest Guide (serving Raleigh, Durham, Research Triangle Park and Chapel Hill). Since 1990, Guest Guides have been positioned as the premier travel guides for North Carolina. The guides include information on shopping, sights and attractions, restaurants, parks and gardens, and entertainment.
Morris Visitor Publications LLC includes the digest-sized Best Read Guide series, the hardcover, in-room Guest Informant series, IN new york magazine, three London visitor guides and a variety of custom travel publications.
