AUGUSTA, Ga. - Morris Communications Co. has acquired the rights to publish WHERE magazine in certain markets in the United States and Europe from WHERE International, Los Angeles, Calif. Chairman and CEO William S. Morris III announced the purchase today.

Included in this acquisition are WHERE magazines in the following markets: Chicago, Dulles Corridor (Va.), Las Vegas, New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, , Washington D.C., London and Paris. Morris currently publishes WHERE magazines in Baltimore, Charleston, Dallas, Miami, Orlando, and Philadelphia.
